You can buy our furniture and accessories collection in our Flagship Store, online stores and exhibitions. Please find below the terms and conditions of our services.
Delivery & assembly
Our in-store consultants will advise you if this service is recommended depending on the complexity of the product that you are ordering – ask in store for further details and service charges.
As most of our furniture collection is customized for you, we do not keep a wide range in stock. Unless the item you choose is in stock, delivery time for customized furniture is 4–5 weeks. Non-bespoke items will be delivered subject to availability and courier quickness.
Return and exchange policy
We take great pride in the quality of our bespoke products and pay great attention to detail, construction and finish. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. If you have ordered a non-bespoke item, you are entitled to return your purchase within 30 days as long as it is unused and undamaged along with the receipt of purchase. We ask you to return the product in its original packaging. A usage, transport or restocking fee may apply.
